I don’t really eat granola. Why would I like this?

What inspired you to create Passport Pantry?
It began with frustration—and a little necessity. Zahra’s autoimmune diagnosis meant cutting gluten and inflammatory foods, and Kunal—mindful of diabetes in his family—wanted snacks that didn’t spike blood sugar.
We craved food that was clean but still exciting, so we turned to the flavours that shaped us—spices from India, sweets from the Middle East, bold seasonings from our travels—and started creating. The result? Granola with a passport, a purpose, and ingredients you can pronounce.
